How It Began

One Vision. A Team That Makes It Real.

Vy grew up watching her mother raise four children on a single income — quietly, without complaint. In college, she worked not to fund her own lifestyle, but to ease the weight on her mother's shoulders. That sense of responsibility never left her, and it became the foundation of everything she would build.

After graduating, she channelled everything into the nail industry — a craft she loved for its ability to make people feel genuinely cared for. Still in her twenties, she opened her first salon in Chicago, then expanded to California, bringing her family alongside her. In 2019, she brought the ManiBliss name to Georgia — first Alpharetta, then Duluth.

But Vy will be the first to tell you: no salon runs on one person. As ManiBliss grew, so did the team around her — and the people she chose to build with were never accidental. She looked for craftspeople who took pride in their work, and for behind-the-scenes problem-solvers who understood that a great client experience starts long before anyone sits in the chair.

Today, ManiBliss runs as a true team operation. Our nail technicians and head spa specialists bring their expertise and warmth to every service at the front. Our operations and scheduling team work behind the scenes to keep both locations running smoothly — managing appointments, quality standards, product sourcing, and client follow-up. Different backgrounds, different strengths, one shared goal: every client leaves feeling looked after.
