Where are ManiBliss locations?

We have two locations: 670 N Main St STE 103, Alpharetta, GA 30009 and 4270 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096.

What are your hours of operation?

Both locations are open Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–7:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. However, we recommend booking online to secure your preferred time β€” especially on weekends.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online 24/7 through our booking links for Alpharetta or Duluth. No phone calls necessary β€” just pick your service, date, and time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.

Products & Safety

What products do you use?

We use Vetro Japanese gel, Orly cruelty-free polish, and non-toxic SNS and acrylic systems. All products are free from the harmful chemicals typically found in conventional nail salons.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Our core product lines β€” including Orly β€” are certified cruelty-free and vegan. We do not use products tested on animals.

Are your tools properly sanitised?

Yes. We use hospital-grade sterilisation for all reusable tools, and single-use files and buffers are used for every client. Your safety and hygiene are our highest priority.

Nails & Services

What is your 7-day nail warranty?

If any nail chips, cracks, or lifts within 7 days of your appointment, come back and we will fix it free of charge β€” no questions asked. It is our commitment to quality.

How long do SNS dip nails last?

SNS dip powder typically lasts 3–4 weeks with proper care. It is one of the most durable options we offer and is completely odour-free.

What is the difference between Gel-X and acrylic nails?

Gel-X extensions are soft gel tips applied with gel adhesive β€” lightweight, flexible, and gentler on the natural nail. Acrylic uses a monomer-polymer system and tends to be harder and more rigid. Our technicians can help you choose the best option for your lifestyle.

Can I get a fill appointment for my existing nails?

Yes. We offer fill appointments for SNS, gel, and acrylic. Please select the appropriate fill service when booking online.

Do you fix nails done at other salons?

Yes β€” we offer a free nail fix service for broken nails regardless of where they were originally done. Because everyone deserves nails they feel good about.

Head Spa

What is a head spa treatment?

Our head spa is a deeply relaxing scalp and hair treatment using organic, plant-based serums and oils. It combines scalp massage, cleansing, and nourishment to promote scalp health and relieve tension. Sessions run from 60 to 90 minutes.

Which head spa treatment should I choose?

We offer three levels: Essentials ($99, 60 min) for a rejuvenating introduction, Rejuvenation ($149, 75 min) for deeper nourishment, and Ascendance ($199, 90 min) β€” our signature full-ritual experience. First-timers often start with Essentials or Rejuvenation.

Do I need to wash my hair before a head spa?

No β€” please come with unwashed hair. The cleansing and scalp prep is part of the treatment itself.

Pricing & Payment

Are the prices on the website final?

Prices listed are starting prices. The final price is confirmed at your appointment based on nail length, condition, and any add-ons you choose. We never surprise you β€” your technician will discuss pricing before beginning any service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and mobile payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! ManiBliss gift cards are available in-salon and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. Ask our front desk team for details.
